Mosasaurs, marine reptiles of the Late Cretaceous 95 million years ago, ruled the seas.
With streamlined bodies and powerful jaws, they reached lengths from a few to over 15 meters.
These apex predators hunted fish, squid, and other marine reptiles with their conical teeth.
Despite their dominance, extinction marked the end of their reign.
